Tropical Paradise Villa is a comfortable 3 Bedroom Private pool villa situated over two floors. The larger master suite is on the first floor with balcony area.
On the ground floor is the second bedroom with King size bed which is directly opposite the 3rd bedroom which is a twin bed room (Two Beds) positioned on the ground floor. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
The Villa is full Air Conditioned throughout with WIFI.
There is a gated entrance with car port, well developed tropical gardens with shrubs and decorative ponds with Koi Carp, leading to a superb outdoor relaxing area with comfortable seating, an outside summer kitchen with built in large gas bbq, oven, drinks bar, fridge and TV. Ideal for a daytime shaded area alongside the pool and sociable evening bbq’s and drinks, ideally designed for the beautiful Phuket climate and perfect for those on holiday wanting to make the most of spending time outside. There is also a large terrace area with dining table and chairs, also sun loungers for using around the pool.
The pool with water features is 9 x 3 metres, set amongst mature shrubs and greenery offer sun and shade during the day, ideal for parents with young children who spent most of the day in the pool who will be thankful of the shaded times.
Inside the main house is very well equipped kitchen for those who enjoy cooking, with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and, lots of crockery, serving dishes and additional appliances to make you feel at home.
Large indoor dining table with 6 chairs off of the kitchen which leads through to the spacious lounge area with large TV with international channels and DVD.
Downstairs there is also a seperate Utility/ laundry room & separate toilet with basin.
On the ground floor the twin bedroom is overlooking the pool with storage and en-suite bathroom, toilet, shower, basin & mirror. Opposite there is a king size bed Room with storage, en-suite bathroom, toilet, shower, basin.
There is a Staircase to the upper floor.
On the first floor there is a large well designed bedroom with king size bed with good sized balcony accessed from patio doors.

Tropical Paradise Villa is located in a quiet residential area, 600 metres from main Viset road, 400 metres from a local market and restaurants. Rawai beach is 2 kilometres in distance, 5 minutes by car or taxi, tuk tuk.
Within 5-10 minutes by transport you will find Rawai beachfront with its many bars and restaurants and famous fish market, the stunning Nai Harn and Ya Nui Beaches, a large selection of restaurants, supermarkets, market stalls, bars, banks and late night life.
