Rawai Sea Breeze Villa is a 4-bedroom private pool villa with rooftop sea view is located on the south-western tip of the tropical island of Phuket within a 5 to 10 minute drive of numerous beaches including Friendship, Rawai, Ya Nui and the world-famous Nai Harn beach.  It is a large property with 510sm of built-up space; 272sm of which is conventional with a further 238sm of covered, open air space for enjoying the tropical climate. The plot is 640sm and includes a 4m x 8m swimming pool (safety fenced) and separate 180sm lawned area.

Rawai Sea Breeze Villa’s accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms, all with king-size double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The large master bedroom has one king size bed plus an additional bed that can also be used for home massages.  The villa can readily accommodate 8 people, plus we can provide a cot, pushchair, high-chair and various toys for infants.

The entire rooftop is a recreation area with 360-degree views of Chalong Bay, including Cape Panwa and various islands, the mountains and the famous hill-top Big Buddha statue on the skyline. The roof includes a bar, pool table, drinks fridge, kitchenette, and WC.

There are two main living areas downstairs, the indoor living room with a 65-inch flat screen smart TV, sofa suites and armchair. The outside covered living areas has a 55-inch flat screen smart TV and dining facilities for eight plus a flexible breakfast bar arrangement with five stools.

Two bedrooms are also fitted with flat screen TVs with USB and HDMI cables which guests can connect to with their own laptops or multimedia devices.

The indoor fitted western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need, complete with large side-by-side fridge freezer, microwave, fresh coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, a Philips air fryer, toaster, juicer and an ice-cream maker. There is also an outdoor cooking area for preparing and cooking traditional Thai food.

There is an additional utility room off of the kitchen with washing machine and drying facilities.

There is fast speed fibre-optic Internet access for those who like to keep in touch with the rest of the world and for TV, including subscriptions to Netflix and HD Prime TV. A cordless, coloured printer/scanner can be accessed via WiFi.

We would request no-smoking in the villa, but those guests wishing to do so are please asked to do so outside and with care and to use ash trays provided.
