This spacious traditional style Villa, has been recently refurbished, offering 5 bedrooms, a perfect family villa, located on the southern tip of the tropical island of Phuket, and within a 3 minutes drive, or a 15 minute walk of Nai Harn beach.

This private pool villa is set in a quiet private development, a tranquil & peaceful environment for guests looking for ideal indoor/outdoor living space to relax and enjoy their vacation.

The Villa’s accommodation comprises of 3 king size bed rooms, all with ensuite shower and/or bath facilities. There are also two sets of single bed rooms with a shared bathroom that is connected to one of the king size bedrooms, ideal to be used for families.

Sleeping 10 guests in beds and also there are an additional 2 baby cots and a high chair if required.

In the large living room, with ample seating on large sofas, you can relax and watch the flat screen smart television & world TV package. There is also a downstairs toilet for your convenience.  You can dine outside on delicious Thai food at the 10 seater dining room table. The living room & Kitchen areas open directly onto the swimming pool area with sunbeds and outside lounge and bar areas for entertaining. There is also a separate space for relaxation and meditation or yoga.

Off of the kitchen area is an outside private massage room, with a comfortable massage bed and roller blinds for privacy.

The open plan, fully fitted luxury western style kitchen is fully equipped to meet your every need, complete with dishwasher, microwave, side by side fridge, coffee machine, blender, rice cooker and everything required to accommodate your every need.

There is a large laundry/utility room with a washing machine, sink, ironing board, iron and plenty of shelving space.

Outside there is a large sun terrace at the back and beautiful gardens to the front, the sun terrace is complete with sun beds to soak up the sun or splash around in the tempting 7.5 x 4m pool.

Naya Sunshine Villa also offers internet access for those people who cannot totally escape, or have to keep in touch with the rest of the world, as well as a Play Station 4 with to amuse younger guests who wish to take a break from the sun. There are also a selection of books and board games.

With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished with beautiful Thai artefacts, comfortable sofas and relaxing areas for all guests.

We would request no-smoking at the Villa, but those guests wishing to do so are please asked to do so outside, with care.
