Accommodation comprises 7 bedrooms, all en-suite and spread over two levels. The villa therefore readily accommodates 15 guests, with the option of an extra sofa bed in the master bedroom and day bed in the upstairs living room for extra people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-size four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. Sliding double doors take you directly onto a private balcony with stunning valley views. A large sofa bed in this room is ideal for two younger children sharing their parents room. Bedroom 2, also en-suite, with twin single beds, is located on the same floor. This room is designed for children who need to be closer to their parents. There is also an extra bathroom on this level, containing a toilet and a sink.

The remaining 5 bedrooms are located on the lower floor. Bedroom 3 has a second king-size four-poster bed, while bedroom 4 offers a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are en-suite, one with a large walk-in shower and one with a large oval bathtub. They both have direct pool access through sliding doors that open onto the sun terrace. Bedroom 5 (with queen-size bed) and bedroom 6 (with two single 3.5′ beds) share a large family en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 7 has one single bed, with an en-suite bathroom and its own independent access to the double carport and laundry facilities, and can be used as a maid or nannies room if you wish to bring helpers with you.
The ground floor also offers a second living room, with comfortable sofa, TV/DVD player, cable TV, home theatre, counter and table areas for children to play games or study, and direct swimming pool access and valley views.

Finally on this level you will find the games room with another 50” TV, pool table, gym equipment and extra indoor space for larger families to spread out and enjoy their own space.

Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room with 50″ flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. There is also a fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen, fully equipped to meet all your needs. Adjacent to it is a comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while you wait for the drinks to chill. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine al fresco at the 12 seater dining table positioned on the under-cover large balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

Below there is a large sun terrace overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun. The sun terrace leads onto the 10 x 5 m infinity-edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table and a BBQ.
